At NATURE, we offer training courses that equip you to guide young people through meaningful outdoor and experiential learning.
Our trainings go far beyond a backpack full of activities and techniques. Facilitating growth requires more than methods — it requires awareness, presence, and the ability to recognise and work with learning opportunities as they arise.
Experiential learning combined with adventure education is a powerful catalyst. And while outdoor activities can open doors, it’s the way we facilitate, frame and reflect that makes the difference.
In every training, we focus on:
- experiential learning and group development
- facilitating outdoor processes with care
- safety, sustainability, and human connection
You’ll first experience the power of outdoor learning yourself — before learning how to facilitate it for others.
Our open courses are for youth workers, teachers, social workers, volunteers and anyone guiding young people in group settings.
Topics include: group dynamics, bivouac and navigation skills, nature connection, active reviewing and more — always grounded in lived practice.
